MooAngel Ltd are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction.

We have a range of products which are pre constructed with some requiring no assembly and some requiring self assembly. 

We make bespoke items to your request and can modify MooAngel products to suit your needs.

Definition

‘MooAngel’, ‘Company’, ‘Us’, ‘We’ refers to MooAngel Ltd. 

‘You’ means the person, company, organisation or other entity entering into the Order for the Goods. 

‘Parties’ refer to the collective parties to the agreement (the Company and You)

Sales

Orders can be placed directly online at www.mooangel.co.uk or through direct contact with us via email or telephone.

We accept purchase orders from establishments such as schools and nurseries

All products are made to order. An order placed carries our commitment to make and provide you with the products. MooAngel reserve the right to issue a refund for an order.

The price for MooAngel products is identified via the website. The price for bespoke products will be agreed prior to the order being placed. 

We do not accept orders outside of the UK without prior agreement with both parties.

Description

The company  takes care to ensure information product descriptions and images  are accurate. However, we retain the right to change specifications or improve products. 

Please always read labels, warnings and directions about each product before use. These are sent with along with your dispatch documentation.

Payment

Payment can be made securely online when making an order

Invoices can be sent to businesses.

Both of these options are available at checkout

Cheques and Bank Payment are accepted. 

Payment over the telephone is  accepted 

Payment Terms for Invoice are 30 days unless otherwise agreed. 

Late paying invoices will be charged at 2% per 30 days. 

Orders  for customers outside of UK Mainland Areas will be only be accepted if full payment is received within 10 working days.

Shipping

Shipping is free of charge to UK Mainland Areas.
Non Mainland UK Areas (including Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands) will be subject to a top up payment by the customer.
Customer in areas beyond the UK will be subject to full shipping costs.

Lead time for delivery is within 2-6 weeks. Ligneus Play Products dispatch within two weeks. Other products are up to 6 weeks.

The lead times are an estimate and are subject to change at times of high demand. We make every effort to meet any delivery date acknowledged but shall not be liable for failure to meet such a date.

Orders may be shipped in instalments.

Deliveries will be made to the given address and will be courtesy of a kerbside drop.

Larger items can be placed in their intended location if the courier obliges and assistance from the customer is given.

Where items are delivered fully assembled, customers must ensure the area for the product has large enough access. Product measurements can be found on each product page. Some products can be made in self assembly formats upon request.

In the event that a legitimate order is refused by the customer or premises are inaccessible , a return delivery charge will apply to the customer.

Cancellation and Return

All of our products are made upon ordering. We do not supply on a sale of return basis. Refunds will only be given 48 hours after the order is placed. 

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty.

All of our products are checked before posting. MooAngel do not accept liability for any items damaged during transit.

In the case of damage or loss in transit, the customer must clearly mark any delivery paperwork, consignment note, carriers docket or electronic signature pad as ‘unexamined’.

The customer must advise the company within 48 hours of delivery so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. 

Each claim will be individually investigated. 

MooAngel does not accept liability for damage caused to its products by a third party.

Warranty

We aim to guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 1 year manufacturers guarantee against poor workmanship.

Wooden Outdoor Items are treated and protected for 10 years against rot and infestation

Storm damage is not covered by any warranty.

The warranty is only valid on the condition that the products purchased are cared for in line with the maintenance  and safe use guidelines.

Safe Use

This information is important for future reference. Failure to follow these guidelines will void the warranty.

Adult supervision is required at all times to ensure children play safely. MooAngel  will not be held responsible for accidents that occur due to lack of adequate adult supervision

Products are not suitable for children under the age of 3 as  some contain small parts which present a choking hazard. 

Products are intended for children 3- 8 years  unless specifically stated. 

If the item requires self-assembly Item, it must be assembled by an adult before use exactly in accordance with the instructions. Children must not use this product until  properly install. If any parts are missing do not use the product until the replacement parts are fitted. Remove all packaging before giving to your children.

Ensure the product is sited on level ground. Failure to do this may put additional stress on connections and joints and in time could cause them to fail.

Ensure the  product is located on a suitable level surface.

Avoid locating this product in full sun as warping or cracking may occur.

Equipment should be checked by an adult at the beginning of each season and at regular intervals during the usage season to ensure it is safe. Pay special attention to all connections and fastenings.

Parts may need to be replaced if they show signs of wear and tear. Replace any defective parts in accordance with these guidelines.

Due to the natural characteristics of timber, it is vital to check your equipment regularly for splintering, lifting of surface layers of wood or exposure of rough wood. Affected areas must be rubbed down using coarse sandpaper to restore a smooth, safe surface.

Any changes to the equipment or adding an accessory, must be done in accordance with this advice. Failure to do this will render your guarantee null and void and may make your product unsafe.

Ensure children’s clothing is appropriate for the play activity.

Never place equipment near a fire.

In high winds, ensure outdoor equipment are moved to a sheltered position and/or securely staked down.

When you dispose of this equipment please do so responsibly.

Your new equipment will be subject to ‘heavy play’. MooAngel Ltd cannot be held responsible for the repairs resulting from general ‘wear & tear’. A degree of ongoing maintenance by an appropriately qualified and suitably insured person is expected. (e.g. caretaker/grounds manager)

Maintenance

It is important to regularly inspect your wooden equipment to make sure no damage has occurred that will impact the safety of using it.

Inspecting your equipment simply means thoroughly looking over the play equipment to look for any small or large damage that has taken place. It is important to note the small damages, as these can quickly result into a larger one, which will make the equipment unsafe for children to use. Ideally you should try to check your equipment about once a month, even if it is not being used regularly as weather conditions can cause damage.

We advise that all equipment be treated at least every 12 months with a child safe wood preservative . Failure to do so will void any warranty.

Miscellaneous

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.
